Car Outline Cutting Guides

The PDF files linked below can be printed to serve as templates to trace onto your wood car blank. The outlines are based on the wood blanks furnished in the BSA pinewood derby kits. These are a little less high than previous blanks provided a few years ago but still 7 inches long and a 1 3/4 inches wide. The outlines should print close to the actual size necessary to permit you to trace the outline with carbon paper. The paper can also be taped or glued to the wood too.

There are 15 sheets of designs.

You’ll need Acrobat reader 5 or later to view and print the graphics. When printing the car outlines do not check “shrink to fit” or “enlarge to fit” page options.
